I was deluding myself into believing that I’d get off my bum and do my tax return last night (which I kind of half did..), and seeing as I need to be writing my resume some time soon I decided that I’d figure out what dates I started/finished working for Target. In the process, I dug up my old payslips - and *oh my god noise* - they were so cute!. I mean that in the sense that I used to think I was earning so much, I was in the big grown up world of having a job and earning money - but when I first started I was only on $8.73 an hour! For my first ever payslip, I think I worked 2 shifts and got some extra money on top of that for the induction training, and I got a whole $150.00. It was so pathetic, but at the same time so pleasing to have some kind of reference to how far I’ve gone since then.

I’m wearing (what I think is) a really nice perfume today, it’s Pleasures by Estée Lauder. I don’t know, I think it’s one of those perfumes that once you get used to it you really like it. My aunt gave this one to me because her skin is very sensitive so she’s started developing allergies to everything. I never used to be a perfume person, but now that I’ve found a few I really like, I’m very much a perfume person. :P
