Welcome to eloquensa! Currently masquerading as a newspaper hot off the press for want of a better idea, the story behind this edition of my world is a fairly simple one. I'm Melissa; pretend journalist and currently real-life accountant wannabe. I used to be a kid in highschool, but I've since kicked the habit. At 18 years of age I'm just moving through life, enjoying my free-time and earning lots of money whilst still living with my parents. Continued on page 2...

What’s one word or phrase that you use a lot?
Hrm.. I say a lot of things fairly repetitively. Probably either going “Keevvv” in a whine “I-want-something” voice, or “wasn’t me.”
Soup
Name something you always seem to put off until the last minute.
Usually school work.. I just don’t seem to have the faintest trace of motivation until it’s the night before something is due.
Salad
What was the last great bumper sticker you saw?
The last bumper sticker I saw was “Jack Lives Here,” although I can’t remember any particularly great stickers. There aren’t a whole lot of them.

If you could be invisible for one day, how would you spend your time?
Ohhh major Buffy references here. As appealing as it may (not) be, I wouldn’t go and have some fun with Spike and nibble on his ear. I have other ears to be nibbling on… I would probably torment my deputy principal for a while because I hate that man, then perhaps do something crazy like go clothes shopping (I’d assume the clothes would still be visible). But then my molecular structure would start to break down and go gooey, so I’d have to find Warren, Jonathon and Andrew to zap me back to being visible.

Describe your hair.
My hair… this is a somewhat interesting topic. Not because it’s anything spectacular - it’s just an odd colour. Naturally it’s light brown with blonde sun streaks, though since then I’ve dyed it black - then it faded to dark brown - then I dyed it red, and it’s faded to some sort of auburn colour. Semi-permanent dye is the only way to go… Other than that, it’s really long - elbow length - and straight enough to have compulsive hair-straighteners envious.
