I'm Melissa; pretend journalist and currently real-life accountant wannabe. I used to be a kid in highschool, but I've since kicked the habit. At 18 years of age I'm just moving through life, enjoying my free-time and earning lots of money whilst still living with my parents. Continued on page 2...
Guess who’s on holidays?

“Nothing's wrong, just as long as you know that someday I will... Someday, somehow - gonna make it alright, but not right now. I know you're wondering when.. Nickelback - Someday”
Me :D Finally. I don’t get much of a holiday considering Wednesday next week I have to leave for Armidale, though it’s enough of a break that I’ll be able to catch up on at least some of the work I’ve missed, as well as sleep. Or maybe not the sleep part..
What’s been happening in my awesomely cool life recently, eh? Glad you asked.
// Internet stuff.
- I’ve actually got a new hostee, Ariel, who happens to be learning Latin, so she instantly gets a tick in the “cool” box.
- I’ve got a new-look hosting company in the pipeline. Nova - Check it out. I’ve done most of the pages, though I haven’t set them all together yet, but it still looks pretty for now. If you’re interested and upset that you can’t order already, just email me with your info now.
- James decided that it was time to get Kafumi back up, and there are hopes that the forum will actually gain some interest this time. So go join, the lot of you!
// Social Stuff.
- Melon? Being social? It happens sometimes. I went out last weekend to Tom’s house, which was pretty fun even though everyone else may have thought it was boring. It was meant to be a “partay,” except that didn’t happen. We just gathered around, talked, ate pizza.. but we also watched Futurama. This, consequently, has sparked a new interest in the show and since then I’ve watched all of the first season, and hoping to borrow the second season some time soon.
- Other than that, last Friday I went to Aishwarya’s house (aka Ishi), where that group and I watched a whole heap of movies. Movies: What a Girl Wants - Don’t see it, lol, unless you like living in a fake world where things that happen in the movie would never actually happen. Freddy vs. Jason - Meh. Your typical horror movie, and a little low on the realistic looking gore. lol, We also watched Gemma, Videesha, Sasha and Vicki’s ballet concert. Sasha cannot be graceful whatsoever.
// Miscellaneous.
- The Dog ate my bubblegum. Little bitkuh.
- New song obsessions. Nickelback - someday is, unfortunately, one of these.
